This stunning end table has legs made of black walnut. The top and shelf are constructed of maple, and any knots or cracks were carefully cleaned and filled with clear epoxy. Maple plugs hide mechanical fasteners on the legs, which creates a color contrast that catches the eye. A Dumke Designs logo is laser engraved into the underside of the top. The entire piece is finished with Odies Oil, which is a hard wax finish that is solvent free and completely food safe.
**Markdown Item! One set of legs fell off my table while assembling, which added some dents to the inside-facing surface. It was a costly mistake on my end. The two largest dents I addressed by adding black walnut patches. The smaller dents I sanded slightly to reduce how visible they appear. You have to look for these defects, so most people are not going to even see them, but they are there. I have marked this end table down as a result.**
