Return Policy

I will accept returns within 30 days of purchase (or 30 days of delivery for shipped orders) for unused items still in new condition. Customer pays for return shipping for items sent back through the mail.

If you don't arrange pickup within 5 business days for 'local pickup' orders: I will retain 5% of the total cost of an order for restocking items if an order is paid online with 'local pickup' selected and the customer never communicates their availability for pickup, or arranges a pickup but then never shows or communicates further. I will do my best to hold items and accommodate your schedule until you can make a pickup; just keep the lines of communication open. Orders which I have to cancel will automatically be refunded 95% of the order total after 5 days with no communication for pickup.
